How to Achieve Printer Sharing in Network

Network available with two computers connected and one of them linked to printer can make printer sharing in network come true. In order to give a clear elaboration, I want to declare that the computer installed with printer is called "A Machine", and the other is "B Machine" instead.

Firstly, we should ascertain that the Network Neighborhood of the A and B have demonstrated the existence of both of them. And then files and printer sharing protocol can be signed: Right click “Network Neighborhood” on the desktop and choose "Properties" to open "Network" dialog. B Machine: Step 1: Click the "Start → Settings → Printers"; Then double-click "Add Printer" icon to initiate the "Add Printer Wizard".
Step 2: Select "Network Printer" option when the wizard asks the way your computer and the printer is connected.
Step 3: Click the "Browse" button, and find the shared printer in a workgroup; Meanwhile, you should select the host and the printer. / Tap the "Universal Naming Convention" format to enter the network path of shared printer.
Step 4: Enter the printer name, and once again printer name is usually set by default. And then click "Finish" button. Finally, if the printer icon have been added in Printers window, it explains that installations have accomplished.

Now, as long as you have selected the shared printer in the printer name bar, you can directly click "OK" button to print.
